Bridging the space between quiet luxury and responsible creation, our house is built on a belief that beauty should never come at the expense of the world it lives in.
Every detail within âmes is considered, not only to elevate design, but to reduce unnecessary harm.
Through refined materials, intentional production, and disciplined restraint, we create objects that honour both aesthetic pleasure and ethical responsibility. Pieces designed to remain emotionally, physically, and environmentally.
WHAT IF LUXURY COULD EXIST WITHOUT LEAVING A MARK?
Imagine a house where each object is created with awareness of its origin and its afterlife. Where materials are chosen not only for how they feel against the skin, but for how gently they return to the earth.
Where production is measured, not rushed.
Where release is thoughtful, not seasonal noise.
Where fewer pieces mean greater intention.
At âmes, sustainability is not a campaign. It is a framework that shapes every decision.
At âmes, our material philosophy begins with one principle: What touches the skin should remain gentle to both body and earth.
We prioritise refined, plant-derived and responsibly produced materials that balance sensory beauty with long-term respect for the environment. Our approach is not about excess, but about careful selection — choosing materials that age softly, perform quietly, and reduce unnecessary impact.
Across both textile and personal care, we design for continuity rather than replacement.
Our garments are crafted using TENCEL™ Lyocell 80s, a cellulose fibre derived from responsibly managed wood sources. We select this material for its naturally soft, skin-gentle surface and its breathability, particularly suited to tropical climates. Its biodegradable cellulose base and long durability support extended wear, reducing the need for frequent replacement. We choose this fibre because sustainability, to us, should feel as refined as it performs elevated in touch, responsible in origin.
At âmes, care begins with gentleness. Our personal care is formulated to respect the skin barrier, prioritising hydration, softness, and balance. Rather than pursuing intensity, we design formulations that cleanse without stripping and nourish without heaviness, remaining suitable for daily ritual use. Each product is created to integrate quietly into routine, offering comfort that settles softly rather than demanding attention.
Inspired by Mediterranean air, tender citrus, and warm leaves, our Gentle Shower Oil is created to cleanse while preserving the skin’s natural softness. It combines olive oil, coconut oil, jojoba oil, and sweet almond oil — botanical elements known to support hydration, comfort, and smoothness. Together, these oils help maintain moisture while cleansing without disruption. The formulation uses skin-respecting cleansing agents designed to maintain the skin’s natural balance, creating a texture that feels comforting rather than stripping. Suitable for daily use across skin types, it transforms cleansing into a moment of restoration.
Because cleansing should not disturb only restore.
Lotion Essentielle
Our Essential Lotion is created to maintain moisture, reinforce softness, and support daily skin comfort. Lightweight yet nourishing, it absorbs easily into the skin, integrating seamlessly into ritual use after bathing, before rest, or whenever care is needed. Formulated with niacinamide to help maintain balance, shea butter to nourish, sweet almond and jojoba oils to support moisture retention, aloe extract to soothe, and sodium hyaluronate to enhance hydration, it is designed to leave the skin smooth and comfortably hydrated without heaviness. Suitable for all skin types, it supports continuity rather than excess.
We continue to refine our materials, formulations, and processes with discipline and intention — reducing excess where possible, improving softness where necessary, and choosing longevity over disposability. Our progress is gradual and deliberate. We are not driven by speed, nor by volume.
We are guided by care.
Because what stays softly must also sustain softly.
How to care for what is made to remain
âmes pieces are created for continuity — soft in touch, lasting in presence, and designed to stay within daily ritual. Our TENCEL™ Lyocell garments are crafted to age gently, evolving with wear rather than fading from it.
Worn often, kept longer, they leave a lighter trace.
To support their longevity, we offer a quiet approach to care.
TENCEL™ Lyocell does not require excessive washing. Often, a simple refresh is enough. Allow garments to air between wears and attend to small marks gently rather than defaulting to a full cycle.
When washing becomes necessary, cold or low-temperature water is preferred. A mild, gentle detergent helps preserve the fibre’s natural softness and integrity. Delicate cycles or careful hand washing maintain the structure of the fabric, while harsh chemicals and bleach should be avoided. Washing with similar tones reduces unnecessary stress on the textile.
Less agitation preserves both the garment and the environment.
Air drying is the gentlest method for TENCEL™ Lyocell. Allow the garment to rest naturally, either laid flat or hung with space to breathe. Excessive heat, particularly from tumble drying, can weaken fibres over time and alter the drape that defines the fabric’s character.
Patience in drying maintains softness and form.
Reshape lightly while damp, allowing the fabric to settle back into itself.
Wrinkles in natural fibres are part of their quiet authenticity. When smoothing is desired, low to medium heat is sufficient. Steam can restore fluidity without pressure, and ironing inside-out protects the surface.
The intention is not perfection, but preservation.
Store garments in a cool, dry space away from prolonged direct sunlight. TENCEL™ Lyocell benefits from breathable spacing, allowing the fabric to rest without compression. Folding or hanging may be chosen according to the garment’s structure, always with care to maintain its natural drape.
Rest is part of longevity.
Signs of wear are not an ending, but a continuation. Small repairs done early preserve both form and memory. Reinforcing seams, adjusting hems, or restoring minor details extends the life of the piece and reduces unnecessary replacement.
Longevity is built through attention.
When a garment no longer serves you, consider its next life. Passing it forward, repurposing it, or responsibly recycling allows the fibre to continue its journey.
The most sustainable garment is the one that remains in use.
We hope your pieces will remain cherished in your wardrobe for as long as possible, but when you have fallen out of love with any of your clothes, please donate them to someone who is in need or resell them.
At âmes, production begins with restraint. We do not create in excess, nor do we follow the rhythm of constant release. Each object is introduced deliberately, in measured quantities, guided by intention rather than volume.
Small-batch production allows us to reduce unnecessary surplus and avoid the silent waste that often follows overproduction. It enables closer attention to materials, to finish, and to the integrity of what is made. Fewer pieces, created with care, remain longer — both in use and in meaning.
We favour continuity over speed, refinement over expansion. Production, for us, is not a race, but a discipline of balance.
Because what is made slowly
is kept longer.
We believe the most sustainable object is the one that remains. âmes is built on the idea of continuity. fewer objects, created with intention, designed to stay within daily life beyond seasons and cycles.
Our garments, crafted in TENCEL™ Lyocell, are chosen for durability and comfort, allowing them to age gently rather than expire quickly. Our personal care is created for daily ritual, not episodic consumption. Each piece is made to integrate quietly into routine, becoming part of a lasting relationship rather than a temporary possession.
We do not create for the moment.
We create for what remains after.
Longevity, for us, is a form of responsibility.
Sustainability at âmes is an ongoing practice, not a completed claim. We continue to refine our materials, processes, and decisions step by step, quietly and deliberately.
There are areas still evolving. Our packaging is not yet fully sustainable, and we are actively exploring ways to reduce its impact, minimise excess, and move toward more responsible solutions. Improvement, for us, is continuous rather than immediate.
We choose honesty over appearance, and movement over declaration.
Because responsibility is not defined by perfection —but by the commitment to keep improving.
