How to Refund Your Purchase?

Kindly wrap your purchased âmes item(s) in the original shipping packaging, or with any other brown paper bag you wish to wrap it with as long as the item(s) are in the condition you received.

Please note that refund products will need to be sent to our address which will be given following your refund request.

If your refund is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, except if it is a defect from our side or if you received the wrong item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a refund will not be accepted.

Received Wrong Item(s) or Damages
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately, if you receive the wrong item(s) (the name/type of the product), so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. The damage of the item(s) that occurs during delivery is not our responsibility.
